20 seconds on @ 7.5mph, 10 seconds off x6
1 minute break
20 seconds on @ 8.0mph, 10 seconds off x6
1 minute break

And then I did 2:1 minute intervals for the rest. I needed this run! So desperately bad. My body hasn’t felt like this in way too long. The sweat down my back, the red blotchy skin, the wobbly legs. Ah!!! I have missed it so badly. Thank you, body. 

Did I mention that I worked 8:30am-3pm, and 4-10pm today? I even stretched and did a wee bit of arm work after this run.

I’m coming back, y’all.
