Rachael Fights Back
Tapering is a weird concept for me to comprehend. For weeks, I have been logging “short” runs of 5+ miles, and finally they’ve dropped down to 3 and 4 miles? I love it, but now I can’t eat as much. 
Anyway, 4.05 miles done quick before work. I also have TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO squats that I have to do because Tori is awesome and donated $26.20 today :)

  1. karicanrun said: I went a little stir crazy during my taper! You still need to eat a ton the week before the race at least :P best week of Marathon training b/c you get to eat like a pig and hardly run (besides the race…)
