Rachael Fights Back

Longest training run to date! I hope you enjoy my boob sweat. 76 degrees, 15 mph winds, and not a cloud in the sky. My overall average pace was 11:45 which is a little slower than I wanted, but all in all I am happy with this run. (Note to self though: more carbs beforehand).

Kind of all over the place, but that’s okay. I ran so far out that the sidewalk ended and I was in farmland. Loved it!

Once I finally got clean and dressed, I made a post run feast: turkey burger with pepper jack, fresh green beans, onions, mushrooms, raspberries, blueberries, 2 mini Reese’s, and Powerade.

This is why I run.
