Rachael Fights Back
After work, I headed straight to the gym! 
Ran 3.15 miles, stretched, did a 1 minute plank, did a 30 second plank, and then did 5 minute on the elliptical. Nothing too crazy, but it felt good. I’ve really been trying to do planks more. So far my longest hold was 2:05! Hopefully I can beat that next week.
